Fitness Classes

Our Fitness Club offers a wide range of fitness classes. In the swimming pool we have aquafit classes and personal training for rehab. Our other gyms offer pilates classes, yoga classes, dance fusion, strength training, kickboxing & Jiu Jitsu classes and cardio training. Our fitness trainers are friendly, well trained and certified fitness instructors. Other than specialty classes, all classes are available with your gym membership.

It is also a great way to let loose after a hard days work and have fun with easy to follow choreography. Routines will be performed on either step, gliders or simply dancing on the floor. Be prepared to move to the beat and learn some fancy footwork. Sweat the fat away.
