As a small business, we're proud to be serving the Tri-cities and Lower Mainland. We were first established back in 1976, so we have that old-school gym feel, containing classic iron dumbbells and equipment. We like to think that our gym is the sort of place that Arnold Schwarzenegger would have loved to train at back in the day; along with modern upgrades and newer additions of equipment to best serve our members.
