From Monday to Friday we have a variety of Martial Arts classes happening between

5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Outside of these class times, the boxing area is available.

 

We kindly ask that if you are going to use the boxing bags, please remove shoes when kicking. This helps us maintain the quality and lifespan of our boxing bags. Thank you in advance!
