Our Fitness Club offers a wide range of fitness classes. In the swimming pool we have aquafit classes and personal training for rehab. Our other gyms offer pilates classes, yoga classes, dance fusion, strength training, kickboxing & Jiu Jitsu classes and cardio training. Our fitness trainers are friendly, well trained and certified fitness instructors.
