Workout Guidelines

  • 1 Workouts will be limited to 90 minutes max.
  • 2 Pool/hot tub will have limited occupancy, sauna/steam room will remain closed.
  • 3 Showers will be for rinsing off only, locker rooms will be at 30% capacity. Come ready to work out and use the change rooms quickly.
  • 4 Water fountains will be closed.
  • 5 No group fitness classes on weekdays.
  • 6 Please keep your distance between members 2 meters (6 feet) apart.

Club Access Protocol

Do you have any of the following symptoms?
Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue or loss of appetite.

Are you, or anyone you are living with, either sick, self-isolating, or quarantined?

Any patron who answers ‘Yes’ to the questions above, will not be permitted to enter the facility.

It is recommended that anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 call 8-1-1 for guidance.
