Chris Tsao – General Manager/Owner

With over 16 years of experience, Chris Tsao’s extensive knowledge of fitness and health came from holding virtually every position in the Fitness Industry. Chris came to Fitness 2000 from one of the World’s largest gym chains, where he and slowly moved up to become Area Manager for the national franchaise.

His passion for fitness started at a very young age where he participated in sports such as hockey, jiu  jitsu, rugby and kickboxing.

Chris is committed to helping people achieve their fitness goals and to help them to live healthier, happier lifestyles.
