Meet Kim
Kim has been teaching yoga for over 7 years and continues to fall in love with the practice every single day. She sees yoga as a way to reconnect to the present moment and the core of yourself. In her classes, she emphasizes the importance of flow. Expect to be challenged and recharged! Her style is a mix of power, flow and vinyasa and ultimately just a mix of everything nice and enlightening!
Meet Cindy
Cindy's movement background is in figure skating and aerial acrobatics. She completed her 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training with Asia Nelson of The Movement Life in 2016-2017 and has been teaching yoga for six years since, working with people aged 3-93! Cindy believes there are no strength, weight, age, or flexibility “prerequisites” for yoga and hope her enthusiastic, easy-to-follow flows empower you to move in a way that feels right for YOU.
Class Schedule
All yoga classes are included in gym membership.
Tuesday
Instructor Kim teaches Power Yoga every Tuesday at 7:00 pm for 1 hour.
Thursday
Instructor Kim teaches Power yoga every Thursday at 7:00 pm for 1 hour.
Saturday
Instructor Cindy teaches Hatha yoga every Saturday at 9:00 am for 1 hour.
Be Prepared
Know what to bring for your first yoga class
It is highly recommended that you bring your own yoga mat, bottle of water, and towel. All classes are taught in our functional training room, located inside the Big Gym. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to reserve a spot as it is first come first serve.
